Customer Care Agent - Johannesburg, South Africa - LMP RECRUIT
Description
Grade 12 coupled with a minimum of 3 years' Customer Care experience- A qualification in supply chain logistics would be advantageous
- Must be literate on Kerridge or Autoline and Excel
- Exceptional telephone etiquette
- Able to cope in a fast paced, high pressure environment
- Answer incomung customer calls
- Determine proper diagnosis, generate work on Autoline system
- Allocate Technician
- Provide feedback to customer
- Open and close job cards (high volume)
- Process and file all relevant documentation
- Resolve queries
- Liaise with suppliers re parts and reserve parts onn work orders
