Description
Grade 12 coupled with a minimum of 3 years' Customer Care experience
-
Recent working experience in the
Material Handling Equipment (Forklift) or Automotive industry ESSENTIAL:

  • A qualification in supply chain logistics would be advantageous
-
Must be literate on Kerridge or Autoline and Excel:

  • Exceptional telephone etiquette
  • Able to cope in a fast paced, high pressure environment
  • Answer incomung customer calls
  • Determine proper diagnosis, generate work on Autoline system
  • Allocate Technician
  • Provide feedback to customer
  • Open and close job cards (high volume)
  • Process and file all relevant documentation
  • Resolve queries
  • Liaise with suppliers re parts and reserve parts onn work orders
