Description

RedCat Recruitment is urgently seeking an experienced
WORKSHOP FOREMAN for a large concern, position based in
Sandton area, Johannesburg.

Grade 12.

Valid driver's license / own reliable transport.

Relevant qualification/s. _
Petrol Technician qualification is ESSENTIAL_

Person must be able to speak, read and write in English.
-
Previous working experience in a similar position is ESSENTIAL_

Staff supervision.

Excellent customer service skills.

Strong administration skills.

Must be physically fit.

Responsible for technicians, apprentices, workshop cleaner/s, wash-bay staff, diagnostic and repair equipment, tools, gauges and measuring equipment.

Ensure maximum effective use of equipment and labour ensuring high productivity output.

Maintain health and safety within the workshop.

Workshop controlling.
