Restaurant Manager - Fine Dining Boutique Hotel Restaurant - Polokwane**Our client a Fine-Dining Restaurant in the heart of Polokwane, Limpopo's buzzing capital of South Africa's Limpopo Province is looking for a well experienced Restaurant Manager to look after all aspects of the restaurant.
Requirements:
- Micros System Experience required
- 3 years experience in a management position in a restaurant / hotel
- Polite, friendly person with a strong personality that can think on their feet.
- Well spoken and presented individual.
- Strong leader who can oversee employees.
- Grade12 and computer literate.
- Formal hospitality degree/diploma preferable.
RESTAURANT INDUSTRY A MUST NOT NEGOTIABLE
