THIS IS AN AMERICAN NIGHT SHIFT CALL CENTRE OPPORTUNITY THEREFORE I AM SEEKING CANDIDATES WITH BRILLIANT COMMAND OF THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE BOTH WRITTEN AND VERBAL.

PLEASE NOTE, I AM LOOKING FOR CANDIDATES THAT MEET THE BELOW REQUIREMENTS AS WELL:


  • Matric or completed NQF Level 1 year experience as a Reservations Agent (booking accommodation and travel)
  • SA permanent residents
  • No Criminal Record

Details of the Position:


  • Handling inbound reservations and making regular bookings
  • Ensuring that confirmations of bookings are completed and sent out promptly
  • Answering phones and assisting customers in making, altering, or canceling reservations
  • Advise customers regarding ongoing promotions or available upgrades that may enhance their experience
  • Answer questions regarding rooms, facilities, rates, and events
  • Accurately record customer information and charge credit cards upon successful reservations
  • Ensuring profiles of arriving guests are updated on system
  • Following up with guests on payment of invoices
  • Assisting with the maintenance and control of payment and commission procedures for all reservations
  • Managing waiting lists and turnaways and provisional reservations in order to optimize occupancy and revenue
  • Completing Guest Incident forms to assist in addressing guest concerns and complaints in a considerate, effecient and thorough manner
  • Resolving all guest opportunities in accordance with The Company Standards regardless of the issue at hand

Salary:
R6, R6,800.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Salt River,

Western Cape:
Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)


Education:


  • High School (matric) (preferred)
