Supplier/Contractor Management and Review

  • Conduct Supplier Evaluations
  • Conduct Supplier Audits
  • Maintain Supplier Contact Database
  • Manage contractors and service providers
  • Review Contractor Service Quality
  • Maintain Contractor Database
  • Maintain Contractor Mandatory Documentation
  • Reporting and Administration
  • Company Supply Centre Forecasting
  • Supply and Demand Planning
  • ADPD Submission
  • General Procurement Reporting
  • Processing orders and payments


  • Non Conformances

  • Request /follow up and consolidate feedback from suppliers


  • Standard Costings

  • Assist with schedules
  • Procurement, Purchasing and Servicing Requests
  • Landed cost calculations
  • Purchasing of consumables, goods, services
  • Attending to maintenance requests
  • Receiving of Purchase Orders
  • Compile and ensure Service Level Agreements are update and filed timeously
  • Procurement SHEQ management
  • Register, track NCR's and Incident reports
  • Internal auditing
  • Documentation/Process Review and Revision

General

  • Undertakes such additional duties which may from time to time be assigned to the
  • Employee in the discharge of his / her duties.
  • Must ensure that a safe environment is maintained at all times by highlighting any problems to management
  • Follow the health and safety and the company's disciplinary process and its policies
  • To ensure that a correct and proper image of the Company is maintained at all times.

Education and Experience

  • Must have 35 years' experience in a similar position
  • Minimum of Matric
  • Finance / Logistics / Procurement Qualification will be advantageous
  • Experience in Microsoft Axapta or similar ERP system
  • Experience in ISO 9001 Quality Management System
  • Experience in ISO 14001 Environmental Management Systems
  • Experience in OHSAS 18001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint Excellent planning and organisational skills

Special requirements

  • Regular and on time attendance

Salary:
R14, R15,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Westmead, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:


  • Procurement administrator: 3 years (preferred)
