Do you have exceptional communication skills? Are you skilled at dealing with clients telephonically? Are you comfortable working in a high-performance team? Our Selection team is looking for a seasoned and experienced compliance administrator to join the team as a Selection Administrator.


What does this role do?

The Selection:

Compliance Administrator role, in a nutshell, is all about contacting all the leads that come through our database and establishing whether they'd be suitable and eligible to qualify for a corporate-sponsored incubation programme.

The incumbent supports a team of Entrepreneurial Scouts (ES) by completing all necessary checks required to ensure our potential entrepreneurs are fully compliant.

You also need to have strong administrative skills in helping these entrepreneurs through the selection process.

You are responsible to compile contracts, send them out for signing and compiling Verification Agency packs after the entrepreneur has signed off the contract.

Duties include BUT NOT LIMITED:

  • Collecting of information and preparation of files for second meeting and panels.
  • Assist with compiling presentations and packs for workshops and events to drive sales.
  • Responsible for compiling all Purple files and to submit to the ES for signoff on quality.
  • Prepare beneficiary information packs as part of the B-BBEE audit requirements.
  • Keep updated records of documents that need to be renewed for entrepreneurs (i.e., BEE Certificates) and tracking these documents as per process.
  • The SA is responsible for the scheduling of all Purple panels.
  • The administrator assists in ensuring that all verification packs issued are 100% complete. This is a critical business requirement and inherent requirement of this role.

What are the minimum requirements?

  • Minimum diploma level qualification recommended.
  • Experience working on Sharepoint is essential.
  • Minimum of 5 years' previous experience in compliance administration role essential.
  • Previous experience in call centre environment advantageous, especially skilled at getting a buyin over the phone.
  • Ability to multitask and not lose focus when working on tasks.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills.
  • Experience working in a highpressured delivery environment and fast paced.
  • Previous experience in database administration on MS Access.
  • Experience in dealing with high volumes of complex data.
