Job Summary:
Established Property business seeks energetic, ambitious and hands-on Retail Leasing Manager. If you know everything about SA Retail and leasing, our client is looking for you

Understanding trade densities, measuring tenant performance and turnover calculations will not only be second nature to you, but it will also form the backbone of a successful leasing strategy.

Presentations to clients, weekly/monthly reporting will be second nature, and you will be comfortable to negotiate with senior Decision Makers from both Retail and Commercial environments.

B.Degree or similar Related Qualification

7+ Years working in a dynamic, High LSM Retail Leasing environment.

Proven track record in successful deal negotiation with leading national & independent SA retailers.

Knowledge and experience in MDA software along with strong business acumen and attention to detail is essential.
