Description

The primary role of the appointed Building Caretaker will be taking full responsibility and ensuring that the building under his/her responsibility is maintained in a pristine condition

**Job description includes but not limited to: - **- Ensure that the internal and external areas of the property are secure and tidy at all times

Conduct daily inspections and report on any incidents of vandalism, damages, repairs etc
Conduct security checks and complete the security checkpoint report daily
Conduct general maintenance tasks of the property not limited to plumbing, painting, tiling, electrical, carpentry, landscaping etc.
Complete Exit/Entry Inspection forms for visitors and contractors
Assist prospective tenants with viewing of property as and when directed by management
Assist with property meter reading and report to the office
Overseeing and report on any work being done by contractors engaged by the company

Desired Experience & Qualification
- +3 years working in a similar environment

Basic knowledge in trades such as carpentry, plumbing, painting electrical etc
A clear criminal and credit record
Must be reliable and trustworthy.
Proficiency in English Language Speaking and Writing
Excellent communication skills, ability to interact professionally with owners, tenants and contractors
Be Professional and Presentable
Be well organized
Knowledge of obtaining quotations will be an added advantage.
Preferably of sober habits.
