Our Client, an astute Travel Tech firm is currently in search of a highly intelligent, numerically inclined, tech savvy and innovative HR Manager to join their growing concern.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Qualifications and Experience required:
● Bachelors degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
● Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience as an HR Manager and / or Senior HRBP and / or HR leadership role, with a strong focus on talent acquisition, HR compliance, and strategic workforce planning.
● Above experience gained within a small to medium scaling or "start-up" environment is essential Staff complement being: 140 Staff.
● Specific experience in hiring or performing HR functions within the tech or IT industries is a plus.
● Fluency in English and Afrikaans (fully bilingual)
● Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software and familiarity with technology-driven HR solutions.
● Demonstrated experience in automating HR processes and designing efficient HR workflows.
● Thorough knowledge of South African employment laws and HR best practices.
● Excellent communication, problem-solving, change management and decision-making abilities.
