Job Description:


So what will you do?

Deal Breakers:

At least 5 years recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in a team lead or supervisory role.

Experience with recruiting at Senior Management and Executive level.


Specific Knowledge, Skills & Competence:

Super user experience with HR tech tools (ATS, CRM, Social channels, LI).

Knowledge of ATS, Smart Recruiters is HIGHLY advantageous.

Training and experience with behavioural-based interviewing.

Previous experience recruiting within tech is highly advantageous.

Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, make quick decisions.

Work with highly confidential information.


What would you be responsible for:
Set and measure clear objectives of direct reports to support delivery of Business goals.

Make sure all recruitment procedures are completed in line with company policy (background checks, record keeping etc.).

Review all offer proposals in conjunction with Chief Talent Officer.


Build team capability through sharing knowledge, proactively planning training and development throughout the year to address skills gaps and improvements.

Actively support brand awareness objective to build LinkedIn followers through effective communication, personal brand building and engagement.


Audit ATS on a bi annual basis and propose improvements and changes to be actioned to extract full value from tool.

Maintain accurate and timely feedback to all applicants on our ATS.

Provide training and guidance to hiring managers on interview techniques, company policies, TA processes, and effective usage of SmartRecruiters.

Stay up to date with industry trends. By sharing courses, articles, webinars, podcasts and useful information with team on a monthly basis.


Research, report and advise on effective talent sourcing trends, market insights and competitor analysis and make recommendations based on recruiting data.

Responsible for weekly and monthly reporting with a focus on automation of these tasks.


Qualifications:

Minimum qualification is a Matric

Relevant Business / Human Resources Diploma or Degree (advantageous)
