Job Description:


So, what will you do?
Responsible for creating and enabling environment to drive performance and employee engagement across the respective divisions.

This is achieved by partnering with management and employees to define and implement relevant and appropriate plans to improve individual, team and business effectiveness, being innovative, customer-centric and transparent.

Ensure 100% completion of all tasks and collaborate with all departments including Support / Success / FICA / Logistics / Creative / Product / Dev / Marketing / Retail / Field / Finance.

Team initiatives, team spirit and team collaboration.


What does the role entail? (Areas of Responsibility)

Sales Target:


  • Ensure team target is met,
  • Ensure all members in team achieves target,
  • Ensure all members of the team meets the KPI's set.
  • Monitor and tracking of team performance daily, weekly, monthly. This includes conversion targets.
  • Driving and managing how team is using and managing their leads lead pipeline.

Team Management:


  • Daily Huddles
  • Adding leads, creating Pro Forma's
  • Effective systems usage
- assisting with general queries and delivery escalations,
- assisting with current system upskilling,
- ensuring all processes are followed and adhered to,

  • Review to team members' feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts.
  • Provide unsurpassed customer experience to any queries/issues within the agreed iKhokha SLA this includes but is not limited to manager calls.
  • Ensure response times on chats and leads are in accordance with target timeframes.
  • Conducting performance appraisals.
  • Verifying sales and commission.
  • Ensuring all outstanding sales is completed each month.
  • Working with sales manager to assess leave requests and approvals
  • Working with sales manager for performance management sessions
  • Ensure all team members adhere to rostered times, monitor late coming and absence.
  • Ensure all team members follow all process and procedures.
  • Ensure client etiquette and customer service.
  • Ensure all team members always abide by the iKode.
  • Working with sales manager to conduct disciplinary sessions
  • Creating new ideas to energize and improve the sales team, improve overall morale.
  • Creating new incentives and new ideas to drive the team.
  • Driving team incentives and team building exercises
  • Working with sales coach to assist agents whilst on the floor to try new sales tactics and sale techniques, improve teams' overall sales skill.
  • Improve on system navigation and time management.

Reporting:


  • Monitor team performance and send daily stats on KPI's
  • Provide daily, weekly and monthly reports and stats.

The Deal Breakers (Minimum Requirements):


  • Minimum 3 years sales experience
years supervisory experience


Specific Knowledge:


  • Knowledge of Sales techniques, Knowledge in leadership and Communication skills

Business Understanding:


  • Business to Business Sales
