A well-established Company that is a manufacturer of high quality 4x4/SUV seat covers and supplier to many OEM vehicle manufacturers internationally is looking for a dedicated Internal Sales Representative and Administrator to join their dynamic Team.

From humble beginnings they now supply the products needed for their clients to protect their vehicles seats, dashboards, transmissions and more, their products are tailor made for vehicles.

Minimum Requirements:

Sales experience in Textile Manufacturing industry or related industry.
Matric
Knowledge of têxtile production processes (Advantage)
Excellent administrative Skills
Attention to detail
Syspro ERP software would be advantageous

Duties and Responsibilities
All customers are handled as per the relevant Standard Operational Procedure

All sales orders are confirmed and processed as per relevant Standard Operational Procedure and benchmarks
Attending and contributing where relevant to the sales meeting
Ensuring quality procedures and SOPS as per our Quality Management System : ISO 9001 are followed as it pertains to the Sales Person
Become the product 'guru' - knowing all Company products, prices, and part codes.
Achieve stipulated targets.
To assist the team to optimize allocated resources
To report any sales, quality, or safety constraint immediately
Manage all incoming calls with professionalism.
If it is a sales query - Provide quote if required and upsell Companies products.

If direct sales order, determine if stock is available and if yes follow the process as SOP and raise the required sales processing documents i.e.

invoice or quote or pro forma quote.
Confirm customer requirements as per SOP 013
Issue all relevant sales processing documents as required
Ensure sales orders are sent to be dispatched. The Dispatch team then follows instructions on the invoice. Product is either collected by the customer or dispatched to the customer.
Ensure sales orders are processed accurately and with professionalism.
Customers are receiving the correct product
100% Accuracy of Sales Order Processing]
Follow safety standards in the workplace.
Organize own work area so that good manufacturing practices are adhered to.
Report any safety or housekeeping problems within your work area
