Job Advert Summary:

The role is responsible for the provision of IT strategy and technology services to company and its subsidiaries.

The role also identifies the Bank's network and technological strategic needs and objectives, provide a reliable up-time network, and ensures the protection of employer scalability.

The role further oversees the people, processes, and technology within a company's IT organization to ensure they deliver outcomes that support the business strategy and objectives.

Minimum Requirements:

Preferred Minimum Education and Experience

Academic Qualifications

Honours Degree / Post Graduate Degree
Computer Science/ Computer Engineering / Information Technology / Information Systems or related qualification

Industry Working Knowledge / Certifications

TOGAF Working knowledge / Certification.
Project Management knowledge /certification
ITIL 4.0 Foundation knowledge /certification
IT Security knowledge /certification
Information Security experience (ISO 27001)
IT Service Management (ISO experience
COBIT Working knowledge /Certification.
IT Development & Support working knowledge.

Relevant Experience

Well rounded ICT practical experience with years ICT Senior & Executive experience
5 years IT Executive Management Experience

Duties and Responsibilities:

Key Performance Areas

IT Strategic Execution and Solutions Delivery

Develop and implement Enterprise Architecture Blueprint for the Bank's future technology implementations & rollouts.
Review and update the business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
Design and monitor the digital workforce capabilities.
Assess strategic key areas for cloud migration key technology systems for the bank.
IT delivery on key new business lines, partnerships and to enable growth in existing business is essential to results.
Support business and provide for Bank scalability.
Directly impacts business results through cost and delivery against strategic IT objectives

. Compliance, Governance and Reporting

Participate as an invitee to various governance structures.
Keep abreast of industryrelated regulatory requirements.
Support and respond to queries raised by internal and external auditors on IT matters and ensure that audit findings are dealt with.
