Our client who specializes in the manufacturing and distribution of protective vehicle gear is looking for a Production Planner to join their team in Diep River, Cape Town.

Please note:

The business will relocate to Paarden Island in March 2023.**
Objective:
To ensure all sales orders and customer enquiries are handled with professionalism and accuracy thereby achieving our service objective of exceeding expectations in every facet of engagement with customers.

The Sales Person is the voice and face of Escape Gear in all things to do with sales and will ensure the following:

Attending and contributing to the sales meetings where relevant.

ISO 9001 are followed as it pertains to the Salesperson.

Become the product 'guru' - knowing all the company products, prices, and part codes.

Achieve stipulated targets.

Responsibilities:

Manage all incoming calls with professionalism.

Provide a quote if required and upsell the company products.
