    Description of the role and purpose of the job:

    The SAP HCM and SuccessFactors Lead Senior Manager within our Digital Consulting business unit plays a crucial role in guiding our clients through transformative SAP HCM and SuccessFactors projects.

    This position demands a leader who expertly blends SAP HCM and SuccessFactors knowledge with exceptional client engagement and project delivery capabilities, ensuring impactful outcomes in human capital management digital transformation initiatives.

    Key responsibilities:

    Strategic HCM Oversight: Spearhead SAP HCM and SuccessFactors implementation projects, aligning them with client goals and our strategic objectives.

    HCM Solution Architecture: Design and implement cutting-edge SAP HCM and SuccessFactors solutions, integrating digital technologies to streamline HR processes and enhance employee experiences.

    Comprehensive Project Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of HCM projects, focusing on innovation and efficiency, from concept to completion.

    Client Engagement and Growth: Lead business development within the SAP HCM and SuccessFactors domain, cultivating lasting relationships with clients to foster business growth.

    Expertise and Leadership Development: Act as a leading authority in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors, mentoring consultants and promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning.

    General Responsibilities: Ensure the successful delivery of SAP projects, achieving client satisfaction and impactful business outcomes. Elevate our firm's stature as a premier consultancy in SAP Transformation and Technical Projects. Stimulate innovation and growth within the digital consulting business unit.

    Skills and attributes required for the role:

    Skills:

    Over 10 years of experience in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors consulting, with a pronounced focus on implementing these solutions.

    Proven track record of leading significant digital transformation projects in human capital management within a Big 4 or equivalent consulting environment.


    Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex stakeholder dynamics.

    Advanced degree in Business, IT, Human Resources, or related fields, with relevant SAP certifications and project management credentials (, PMP) highly valued.

    Profound knowledge of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors solutions and the broader SAP ecosystem.
