    Reports to: Workshop Manager
    Remuneration: R dependent on skill set, knowledge, and experience

    Purpose Of The Job:

    Our Client is looking for an assistant to the Workshop Manager with day to day operations and administration.

    Duties:
    • Assist Workshop Manager with day-to day operations, sourcing of Truck, Trailer and yellow machine parts
    • Writing of orders, and linking invoicing to orders with other admin
    • Service and repair parts inventory monitoring and replenishing
    • Service schedule update and reminders on excel sheets
    • Other service and campaign sheet updating in excel
    • Further Duties to be discussed in Interview
    Experience and Qualifications:
    • Basic Technical knowledge on Trucks, Trailers, yellow machines and Cars
    • No Official Qualification needed, but would be an advantage
    • Fluent in English
    • Communication skills to build relationships with suppliers, and negotiate pricing
    • Basic Computer Skills – specifically Excel with basic formulas, Outlook, etc
    • Attention to detail, to work at a VERY Fast pace, and keep track of multiple tasks and requests
    • Hours 7am-5pm – be willing to work some Saturdays, and overtime if needed
    • Must have valid driver's license
    • Own transport to and from work needed
    • 3 month probation period
