Duties

Present, promote and sell products and services to current and potential clients:

  • Establish, develop and maintain current client and potential client's relationship and goodwill

Weekly meetings with management and resolve parts issues and back orders:


  • Manage and control all back orders and provide feedback to clients daily:

Involve parts internally and externally according to dealers, branch and client's request:

  • Standby and after hour assistance will be compulsory (rotational basis)

Assist in handling customer complaints and concerns and make sure the problem is corrected to the customer satisfaction:

  • Treat customers fairly and with honesty and demonstrate our commitment to superior customer service and ethical business practices
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets
  • Read catalogue and assist clients or dealer to identify correct parts

Generate sales estimates and quotes, picking lists:


  • Follow up on back orders on a daily basis:
  • Excellent time keeping and attendance

Assist with stock take from time to time

  • Adhere to company policies
  • Any other tasks or duties that arise at the request of the manager
