Main job purpose


Be the liaison between the relevant internal; and external stakeholders to ensure that all administrative and support activities are actioned that supports the business strategy.


Main Objective

  • Increase effectiveness of the entire sales force by reducing their administration time and effort to allow more customer facing time
  • Management, support and completion of SLA's / Vendor Applications and ensure compliance with legal guideline to reduce risk / liability to the business or
  • Manage and collate the required documentation for the tender process with the sales team, and ensure timeous submission back to business for sign off before due date to customer.
  • Compile all required reports and submit to relevant stakeholders, to assist with decision making and performance of customer sales
  • Ensure all documentation required for the business is recorded, correct and updated ( Adherence to Change requests for Customers and Group Credit, Rules and Guidelines )
  • Become the super user of the Sales Management System and train all sales staff. Feedback any irregularities to the appropriate manager, and provide insights and feedback to management on Sale activities
  • Manage and control all Customer master data and linkages of accounts to ensure correct sales reporting and revenue assurance for the Wholly and Franchise network. Compliance to onboarding of new accounts to be in accordance policies and guidelines
  • Ensure Obligations are adhered to for the collection, processing and storage of individuals' personal data. Work with Group Audit and Legal to ensure compliance with third parties

Critical job requirements

Qualification(s)

  • Tertiary Qualification
  • Qualification in Commerce or Industrial

Knowledge

  • Dealing with Insurance Brokers

Skills

  • Business Processes
  • IT orientated
  • Contracting experience

Experience

  • Change Management
  • 8 year's experience within similar role
Experience with Insurance and Fleet Industries.

  • Streamlining sales processes and procedures
  • 5 year's in Senior Management role
