    Description

    JOB COMPETENCIES REQUIRED
    In depth understanding of creditors and Debtors and credit reconciliations
    In depth uderstanding of populating and maintaining a Debtors/ creditors administration system and payroll system (where applicable)
    Basic understanding of Forex and Forex related transactions/ provisions
    Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of administrative requirements and systems relating to the successful processing of a Debtors/ creditors system
    Excellent ability to work with, analyse, interpret and report on figures and numbers
    Excellent ability for debt collection & telephone etiquette skills
    Ability to design, implement and provide daily, weekly, monthly quarterly reports to the bookkeeper senior management and head office (e.g. revenue report)
    Ability to implement and maintain an accurate administration system relating to Debtors/ Creditors
    Ability to daily process invoicing and reconciliations and monthly Debtors/ Creditors accounts
    Ability to utilize relevant software systems to maximum capacity in order to perform daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly tasks related to creditors or any other facet relating to the financial system that is relevant to Debtors/ Creditors
    Ability to efficiently deal with Debtors/ Creditors reconciliations and raise queries and resolve discrepancies amicably
    Ability to perform manual reconciliations of Debtors/ Creditors accounts and reconcile monthly statements manually
    Ability to build and maintain a positivee relationship with all suppliers and customers
    Proficient computer literacy on MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook and company related software systems

    QUALIFICATIONS
    Minimum Gr12/ Matric with mathematics as a subject
    Certificate in debtors/ creditors/ bookkeeping/ NQF level #4 or equivalent qualification in finance preferable


    EXPERIENCE REQUIRED


    Minimum of 3 years' experience and a creditors clerk/ financial clerk or a similar role ina meduim to large organization.
