Sales Manager - Western Cape

Role Objectives

To drive the Hollard Life Solutions strategy to achieve agreed sales targets and customer service delivery standards and embracing the Hollard Life Solutions culture.

This will include the management of people, processes & systems within a defined cost structure, thereby contributing to the realization of the vision and mission of Hollard Life Solutions.

Responsible for generating new business, and the total new business process in allocated regions.


Key Responsibilities
Effective execution to grow performance year on year and reach agreed targets, that will enable Hollard Life Solutions to achieve a ROI
To manage costs and efficiency of BC's, including Independents Contractors
Design and implement a "turnkey" functionality for BC's 7 & Independents Contractors
To manage and monitor sales activities daily to obtain a consistency that will enable sustainable performance above expected targets. This includes pipeline management to ensure sufficient sales stock. This also includes monitoring of final offer implementation to enhance the business conversion ratio.

To monitor consultant adviser panel activities to ensure that we partner with advisers who are willing to support us on a consistent basis.

To monitor and manage consultant's and independent consultant's budgets, targets, activities, knowledge, and skills.
Implement and monitor Managing for performance, and performance management
Implement and drive EIA and CI

Manage the standards, knowledge, and methods of BC's nationally, to maintain a universal standard experience for brokers when dealing with consultants.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

Minimum 5 years' experience in the life insurance business, min 5 years as a broker consultants and 5 years leadership experience
