Helloan exciting new opportunity has just become available in our
Insure, KZN Region. We are looking to recruit an
Internal Broker Consultant (Durban Branch).

Role Objectives:

Key Responsibilities:

Strong focus on binder mandates, reinsurance and referral
Build comprehensive knowledge and understanding of assigned Partners'
Implement and maintain good corporate governance for overall partner interactions and all processes involved in managing respective portfolios.
Support BDM to formulate annual revenue, expense and activity Track monthly performance and analyse critically in determining reasons for variances. Implement the necessary corrective action.
Support BDM to review/manage accuracy, collate, critically analyze, interpret and present monthly financials and related reports to partners.
Support BDM to document minutes of meetings with partners and keep appropriate records of interaction and communications on file.
Engage with partners on a strategic level to ensure operational sustainability and
Develop and maintain good knowledge and understanding of the various Hollard BU's/Divisions/Partners and their key staff members.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

Sound understanding of commercial and industrial short term insurance with at least 5 years' experience including:
