- To manage the processes, teams and resources that improve, grow and retain clients / customers through the successful implementation and management of client / customers insurance portfolios, contributing to operational effectiveness, client / customer satisfaction, reduced risk, profitability and compliance to relevant policies and regulatory requirements
- Key performance areas:
- Managing customer relationships and expectations effectively and proactively across various levels of the customers' business.
- Build trust and cooperation with customers.
- Understand customer's business environment and business and customer needs.
- Cultivate customer relations to secure ongoing business and expansion opportunities.
- Assist the business team in negotiating and securing new or expanded contracts.
- Identify strained relationships and efforts to remedy the relationship as independently as possible.
- Formulate strategies and strategic initiatives.
- Develop potential strategic initiatives and projects that will enhance the relationship with the client.
- Plan and coordinate projects during the launch of new services.
- Identify operational and timing risks.
Inherent Requirements - Qualifications required:
- Matric
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Logistics or related field
- Skills and experience required:
- At least 5 years' relevant experience in similar environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of company systems and SOPs.
- Knowledge of Health and Safety legislation and SHERQ principles.
- Computer Literacy (Word, Excel and Powerpoint).
