Description

Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company, such as payroll, invoicing, and debtors and creditors management
Maintaining cashbooks and records
Reporting to management and stakeholders
Providing advice on future business decisions
Leading the relationship between our business and external agents/ auditors
Managing all taxation matters
Adhering to financial regulations and legislation
Reviewing monthly financial and management reporting
Preparing budget forecasts
Maintaining a control environment (monthly balance sheet reconciliation, P&L reviews)
Monitoring internal financial controls
Developing long-term business plans based on financial reports
Developing risk minimizing strategies
Establishing and maintaining financial policies and procedures for the company

Requirements

BCom Hons essential, CA (SA) will be an added advantage.
At least 3+ years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment at a senior managerial level, with experience from an industrial sector being an added advantage.
Experience in fundraising and investor relations is key.
