Your key
job responsibilities as the
Group Head of HR in
Cape Town will include:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive HR strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives
  • Provide strategic guidance to the management team on all HR matters
  • Oversee recruitment, performance management, and employee development
  • Develop and implement compensation and benefits policies that are competitive and equitable
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment legislation

  • Develop and manage HR budgets
  • Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports as required
Requirements for this
Group Head of HR in
Cape Town:

  • Extensive experience in a senior HR role
  • Experience working in the sports betting industry is a plus
  • Proven experience developing and implementing HR strategies that support business objectives
  • Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A track record of successfully implementing change
  • A degree in human resources or a related field
