Kwa-Zulu Natal - Facilities Cleaning Management

Up to R50 000 ctc
A challenging new position has become available as Operations Manager within the Cleaning Facilities Management sector based in KZN.

We are ideally targeting those with hotel contract cleaning &/or Housekeeping Managers managing in the region of rooms.

Your role as Operations Manager will entail supervision of daily operations, maintaining a high-quality standard of organisations deliverables in line with site specific SLA's - Including client relations & management, people management, health & safety, budgets, & growth targets.

For this Operations Manager position you'll need:
To be a South African national.

5 years' senior experience within the cleaning industry - preferably facilities or hospitality.

Positive leadership style having managed large staff compliments.

Strong financials & business management principals.

Start Date:
Currently recruiting.

Salary package:
Up to R50000 ctc dependent upon experience
