What you'll be doing

  • Explaining investment, personal finance and stock trading concepts in a simple and accessible way
  • Working towards consistently achieving and exceeding set targets
  • Monitoring, facilitating and improving operational processes and working with our backoffice to deliver an exceptional service to our clients
  • Leveraging all available resources to provide a bestinclass user experience
  • Sharing knowledge and skills with other members of the team
  • Communicating new information that is relevant to the campaign to colleagues, customers and managers
  • Developing and maintaining current knowledge of the campaign
  • Ensuring first contact resolution at all times
  • Protecting information security and taking responsibility for highlighting any issues that you are made aware of by using the correct processes

What you'll need

  • Matric
  • Minimum 12 months' experience in a contact centre environment working on international campaigns
  • Experience handling escalations, complaints and handling tickets (preferred)
  • Experience in online trading, personal finance and investment (Advantageous)
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Outstanding administrative skills and strong attention to detail
  • Availability to work rotational shits in a 24/7 environment
  • Clear credit and criminal records
