    Our client is looking for a HR Manager / Generalist to join their team.
    • Matric
    • An HR Qualification or relevant experience
    • At least 15 years experience as a Generalist, 2 of those years in a Managerial role
    • Having worked in a clothing company would be an advantage but not a pre-requisite
    • Strong communication skills (ability to communicate effectively face-to-face and via email, phone, in meetings etc.)
    • Organised, attention to detail
    • Management and leadership skills
    • Emotional intelligence and empathetic
    • Ability to problem solve
    • Self-motivated and accountable
    • Calm and composed
    • Strong personality
    • Experience in IR, Union and Bargaining Council
