JD Specialized Recruitment is assisting an exclusive and intimate boutique guesthouse in Seapoint, Cape Town to recruit a
DUTY MANAGER**
Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role, with at least a year in a supervisory role, gained at a luxury property.
Strong leadership, communication, organisational sills
Guest centric with exceptional problemsolving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Accurate administration skills and proficiency in Semper would be a plus.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays ideally live in the area.
Outgoing and confident personality
A "cando" attitude and excellent work ethic
Must be physically fit.
Stable employment history and contactable references
