About the Role:

As a BI Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining cutting-edge business intelligence solutions.

Working closely with stakeholders from various departments, you will translate their requirements into efficient and effective data models, reports, and dashboards.

Your work will empower teams to access, analyze, and visualize data, enabling informed decision-making throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and optimize scalable data models, ETL processes, and BI solutions to support data analytics and reporting needs.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, identify data sources, and define KPIs for insightful reporting and data visualization.
Build and maintain data pipelines, ensuring data accuracy, quality, and consistency.
Develop interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using industrystandard BI tools to enable data exploration and decisionmaking.
Perform data profiling, analysis, and troubleshooting to ensure data integrity and resolve datarelated issues.
Stay uptodate with the latest industry trends and best practices in BI development and contribute to the continuous improvement of data analytics capabilities.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Proven experience as a BI Developer or in a similar role, with expertise in data modeling, ETL processes, and data visualization.
Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with data warehousing concepts and techniques.
Handson experience with leading BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or similar platforms.
Familiarity with data integration and ETL tools (e.g., SSIS, Informatica) is a plus.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
