Are you bilingual in English and Afrikaans and enjoy working in the costing sector and would like to work in a small finance team dealing in the FMCG industry? Our client has a junior role that requires your finance expertise to manage costing of raw materials for finished goods liaising on price listings and building a relationship with their important Key Account Client.

Great opportunity to use your finance qualification and grow in a costing role.

Requirements:

Matric, basic tertiary qualification in cost accounting (junior role)
A minimum of three to five years proven experience
Must be willing to learn
Must have own transport
Strong Excel knowledge including pivot tables and vlookup
Experience on Pastel would be an advantage

Duties and Responsibilities:

Cost calculations on products sold
Gathering of all data needed to perform cost calculations
Billing of clients and extensive liaison with clients
Provide regular updates on goods sold to client and cost of goods sold
Assist with billing queries on client's account
Report on cost information needed to Account Managers as well as the Finance and Admin Manager
Manage any other queries relating to cost, pricing, budget and sales projections on client's account
General administration duties
