Based within the Operations Department in our Consumer Division, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers have a smooth billing experience.


Job Duties:


  • Ensure clients are correctly billed for their services.
  • Ensure all data is correct
  • Communicate between teams and coordinate activities
  • Deal with client's first billing queries or issues
  • Update Projects daily by pulling reports for client Projects that are live, ensure all is in order in preparation for closure.
  • Ticket management
  • Manage client reconnects for nonpaying clients who then make payment.
  • Ensure payment plans with customers are communicated crossdepartmentally.
  • Ensure all client data is accurate and tickets are updated regularly.
  • Communicate with various departments and external companies to own and resolve customer billing issues
  • Administrating support for internal audits for billing when requested
  • Also, any other reasonable task

Requirements:


  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a job with billing tasks.
  • Minimum of 2 years in a customer facing role.
  • Matric Certificate.
  • Must be proficient in MS Excel.
  • Knowledge of connectivity services or previous ISP experience is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written, internally and with customers.
  • Excellent analytical abilities & problem solving
  • Selfmotivation and selfmanaging
  • Attention to detail
  • Discipline/respect for confidentiality
