Job Functions:


  • Organize and maintain employee records
  • Update internal databases (e.g. record annual, sick or maternity leave)
  • Prepare HR documents, such as employment contracts and new hire guides
  • Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics (e.g. leave trends)
  • Assist with employee queries regarding HRrelated issues
  • Assist with payroll by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leave of absence, sick days, overtime and commission)
  • Assist with recruitment administration
  • Participate in HR projects

Requirements:


  • At least 2 years' of experience working in an HR role
  • Experience recruiting, hiring, and training new employees
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Strong organizational skills including the ability to multitask
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and everchanging environment
  • Strong computer skills, including experience working with Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to learn, selftrain, and execute new administrative tasks
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to work effectively with all organizational roles
  • Ability to take ownership of projects
