Job Duties:
- Manage legal/handed over accounts
- Liaise with legal team with regards to legal customer queries
- Assist credit controllers in compiling handover files
- Ensure information is accurate and all relevant/required information is included in hand over files.
- React in a timely manner if the information is not accurate
- Track and monitor payments made to RSAWEB as well as legal company by handed over customers
- Perform reconciliations when necessary
- Liaison with debt collection agencies include handover and progress
- Process and track legal work
- Update status and tracking reports
- Record and monitor deadlines
- Plan and schedule quarterly meetings with the legal company
- Issuing of final demand letters where applicable
- Support credit controllers as needed
- And any other reasonable task requested by management.
Requirements:
- A completed tertiary level qualification in finance is preferred.
- Proven work experience as a Junior Finance Administrator or similar (2 years)
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
- Understanding of accounts receivable (debtors).
- Being able to handle high volumes and deadlines.
- Selfstarter and adaptable.
- Timemanagement abilities.

Up to R6 000,00 per month
