Reporting and Operating Analyst required to join an established global company operating in the retail marketing space.


This role will be responsible for gathering, analysing and presenting data to support the operational efficiency and strategic decision-making processes.

It requires a strong analytical mindset, advanced proficiency in data analysis tools, and the ability to communicate complex data insights in a clear and concise manner.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Science, or a related field
  • Master's degree preferred.

  • Proven experience in data analysis, reporting, or a related role.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Experience with Sage X3 is beneficial.
  • Experience with robotics automation is advantageous
  • Experience in a logistics and manufacturing environment is beneficial
  • Experience with database management and querying large datasets.
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis and modelling techniques.
  • A insatiable appetite for automation
  • A curious and creative mindset
  • Strong computer knowledge including, but not limited to Sage or SAP and Microsoft & Google Office Suites (Advanced spreadsheet based skills).
  • Have a strong analytical mind that is efficiency and solutions driven.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a crossfunctional team environment.
  • Great organisation skills and problem solving abilities.
  • Must be organized, able to multitask & have good time management skills.
  • Securing and safeguarding, information and data in both a digital and physical environment.
  • Ability to design systems and processes.

Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Collect, analyse, and interpret data from various sources to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance.
  • Perform root cause analysis to identify factors impacting operational efficiency.
  • Create and maintain regular operational reports and dashboards to provide insights to management and key stakeholders.
  • Develop adhoc reports as requested by various departments to support decisionmaking.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Propose and implement solutions to streamline operations and enhance efficiency
  • Create visually appealing and informative charts, graphs, and presentations to effectively communicate data findings.
  • Ensure data visualizations are userfriendly and accessible to a nontechnical audience.
  • Maintain documentation of data sources, methodologies, and report templates.
  • Document and communicate changes in operational processes and procedures.
  • Conduct regular data quality checks to ensure accuracy and reliability of reports and analyses.
  • Collaborate with IT and other teams to resolve data integrity issues.
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends and emerging technologies related to data analysis and reporting.
