Role At a Glance
MSA Outsourcing Solutions is seeking highly experienced Junior Recruitment Administrator to join our remote services team. Joining our USA based business, you will be focusing on various sectors, providing on demand responses and solutions. This role is an in office role. The role will be office-based in Houghton Estate Johannesburg, operating during USA EST hours (3pm-11pm daylight savings dependent).
Main Tasks
*Inbound Calls
*Outbound Calls
*Responding to job applicants in a timely and pleasant manner
*Actively assist and participate in the and retention of staff through recruitment, training, *and nurturing employees of the nursing facility
*Maintaining and developing relationships with staff
*Assist with creating employee recruitment, engagement and training tools
*Inputting complex data to create complete and detailed reports
*Storing and securing of client data
Computer proficiency
Proven experience in recruitment (Non-Negotiable)
Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to write clear and detailed reports
Strong ability to multi-task
High attention to detail
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
R8, R9,000.00 per month
Experience:
Customer Care: 1 year (preferred)
- Administration: 1 year (preferred)
