Key Outputs

  • Effective and efficient administration of Human resource related Practices, Projects and Processes.
  • Ensure speed and accuracy of information.
  • Administration and general office support, HCM System
  • Support HCBP's in ensuring that all key Human Capital operational processes are delivered successfully to the business ,including payroll inputs.
  • Resolving employee queries on basic Human Capital policies, ethical and legal requirements
  • Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with employees
  • Ensuring that employee data is accurate and always correct ensuring that all is in line with the
  • Collating and managing data for document submissions and HR reports.
  • Preparation of data for statutory reporting and approvals
    Qualification, Experience and Competencies
  • 1 to 2 years HR Admin experience required


  • Grade 1

  • Relevant tertiary qualification
  • High attention to detail, sense of urgency.
  • Compliance orientation.
  • Accuracy.
  • Deadline driven.
  • Completer finisher, coordination competence.
  • Knowledge of Human Resources Management systems.i.e payspace
