A trendy and busy restaurant and bar operation seeks a service orientated Restaurant Bar MANAGER matching the following requirements:

  • Hospitality Management Qualification
  • Minimum 2 years experience as bar manager
    _ at a recognised restaurant or cocktail bar_:
  • Superior beverage, wine and cocktail knowledge
  • Personable, confident, pleasant looking and well presented/well spoken
  • Team player with excellent communication skills who can work under pressure
  • Will be responsible for stock control and achieving beverage costs
  • DO NOT APPLY UNLESS YOU HAVE HELD THE POSITION OF BAR MANAGER, NOT ONLY AS A BARMAN
