Our client is currently seeking a talented New Vehicle Sales Manager to join their team and drive the success of their New Vehicle Sales department.

Main Job Functions:

Sales Meetings: Conduct regular sales meetings, provide relevant information for business decisions, offer feedback on performance and targets, encourage staff input, and discuss CSI results and actions.

Cost Control: Ensure all costs are controlled within the budget.

Debtor Management: Achieve set turnaround time for debtor control.

  • Reporting: Provide accurate and timely financial, productivity, and sales reporting.

Hands-on Management: Proactively manage business activities, address issues, and evaluate productivity measures through hands-on interactive processes.

Human Resources Management: Attract, develop, and retain competent employees; proactively address staff issues.

Facility Oversight: Ensure all facilities adhere to risk management standards through physical checks.

Sales Team Competence: Ensure sales executives are competent and receive necessary training.

Marketing: Create marketing awareness for the sales area, utilizing customer feedback, direct sales, CSI summaries, increased brand awareness, and marketing in line with the manufacturer's approach.

Lost Leads Management: Effectively manage lost leads to maximize opportunities.


Requirements:


  • Prior leadership experience in the automotive sector is essential.
  • Experience in a management position.
  • Talented communicator and motivator with natural authority, a confident manner, and a highly performanceoriented approach.
  • Proven track record of leading a team to exceed new vehicle sales targets.
  • Ability to recognize extra
- ordinary opportunities and drive activities with the sales team to produce sales results.

  • Ability to market brands an execute interventions that produce results.
  • Experience in coaching, mentoring, and developing staff.
  • Drivers license.
  • Grade 12 or higher qualification.
