Description
Requirements:
- Driver's license and own reliable transport is a prerequisite_
- 1st, 2nd Line Support
- MS Office, Outlook, Word, Excel etc.
- Computer Assembly
- Computer Repair
- Software Installation and Support
- Preferably MCSA/MCSE/A+/N+ (Current)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with their IT support problems.
- Visiting clients at their offices to assist with issues and build strong facetoface relationships.
- Log tickets to keep track of onsite and remote support.
- Conduct ongoing server monitoring and maintenance to ensure optimal environment
