Description

This client is a diversified retailer and consumer finance provider.

They specialise in furniture, household appliances, consumer electronics, and technology goods, while also delivering innovative financial services to their retail customer base.

They are looking for Customer Product Owner to join their ranks

This role plays a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of customer-focused products. They collaborate with stakeholders and internal teams to understand customer needs, prioritise product features, and drive product innovation.

Responsibilities:

Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for customer systems.
Prioritise and maintain the product backlog, creating user stories and product requirements.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure successful product delivery.
Monitor product performance metrics and make datadriven decisions for continuous improvement.
Stay updated with industry trends and competitor offerings to keep the product competitive.
Manage product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring product quality and usability.
Execute gotomarket plans and work with relevant stakeholders for product success.
Utilise Agile methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence for efficient product development.
Possess strong business acumen, problemsolving skills, and a customerfirst mindset.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's/Diploma degree with 4 years of product or project management experience.
At least 1 year of experience in Product Management and/or Product Development.
Experience with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence Program Increment Planning).
Proficiency in using modelling and process design tools like Visio for UML methodologies.
Proven track record of delivering datadriven, customercentric solutions.
Experience in driving endtoend delivery of data and intelligence solutions.
Familiarity with Retail and customerfocused environments.
Scrum or Agile experience.
