    Our client is seeking a B2B Business Development. The B2B Development Manager will play a crucial role indriving business growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities while managing strategic business partnerships with identified key players. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving revenue growth, expanding our customer base, and enhancing the brand presence in the market.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute key business development strategy. This includes understanding brief, generating ideas, conducting research, developing strategies, and generating business plans for presentation and execution.
    • Identify and pursue potential business partnership opportunities to expand market reach and increase customer base. Develop a comprehensive understanding of the market landscape and competitor activities.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective B2B clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their expectations.
    • Negotiate and finalize agreements and contracts with B2B clients. Includes drafting proposals of financial model, agreements and commercial terms.
    • Collaborate with internal departments, to ensure seamless execution of B2B initiatives.
    • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to effectively communicate our value proposition and secure new business.
    • Prepare detailed reports on partnership activities, revenue generation and other relevant metrics. Presentation and reporting back to exco level on these elements.
    • Develop and implement key performance indicators to measure the success of partnerships. Regularly analyze partnership performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
    • Stay up to date with industry developments, B2B best practices, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge in the market.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
    • 8- 10 years experience in development & customer relationship management preferably in a similar industry.
    • Strong business acumen and ability to understand complex B2B sales cycles.
