Key Output
- Meet monthtomonth sales target in New, Used and Rental
- Sustain and grow machine sales and rental hours within allocated territories/ customer base
- Effective territory management.
- Accurately and efficiently deal with sales administrative tasks
- Effective selfmanagement and performance ownership
- Manage all aspects of sales process
Qualification, Experience and Competencies
- B.Tech Sales/Marketing Diploma or equivalent
- Grade 1
- Develop good customer relationships
- Proficiency (spoken and written) in Mandarin, prerequisite and have a sound knowledge of the
- Chinese culture and business practices, Business development skills and knowledge
- Sound business strong communication and presentation skills, Process compliance orientation
- Knowledge of CAT product line including accessories and work tools
- Sound knowledge of CAT equipment and industry
- Knowledge of sales Logix and MS office
- Facilitation skills, Relations development skills, financial acumen
- Business planning Technical Knowledge and development skills
