Driving Sales Success Through Administrative Excellence At the heart of every thriving sales operation lies a dedicated Sales Admin Supervisor, meticulously orchestrating the administrative framework that fuels growth and prosperity.

This role aims to offer precise and dependable administrative support to the New Equipment Sales Manager.


Role Sypnosis:


  • Include analyzing, overseeing, and enforcing administrative policies for New & Pre-Owned Equipment Sales & Dealer operations.
  • Align actions with company objectives, optimize departmental efficiency, and ensure compliance with targets and operational standards.
  • Supervision of administrative staff and coordination with Dealer personnel are key aspects of this position.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for overseeing financial administrative tasks in the Sales & Dealer department, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. This includes monitoring special pricing requests, preparing finance documents accurately and promptly, analyzing and reporting on management accounts as needed, and more.
  • Responsible for ensuring ordered machines meet specifications and resolving any issues if they do not.
  • Overall responsibility for all administrative functions supporting relevant departments, assisting with and facilitating the resolution of customer queries.
  • Prepare and distribute scheduled (monthly, weekly, daily) and adhoc reports accurately and promptly as requested by department managers or head office.
  • Reports include back orders, stock availability, sales analysis, and commission calculations.
  • Facilitate customer and dealer complaints and queries while upholding service excellence standards.
  • Monitor and evaluate Sales and Dealer admin personnel to ensure efficiency and accuracy of work.
  • Foster effective communication within the company and between departments.
  • Overall responsibility for timely and accurate completion of administrative tasks related to Sales and Dealer operations.

In order to be successful, you must have the following:

  • Qualifications: Grade 12/Matric plus relevant tertiary qualification or demonstrated success through experience in a similar role within the material handling or related industry, with a minimum of 5 years' experience.
  • Strong analytical skills: Proficient in compiling and analyzing reports from various data sources, presenting information in a userfriendly format.
  • Financial and numerical proficiency is essential.
  • Proactive and adept at prioritization, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and see projects through completion.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen focus on detail and accuracy.
  • Highly developed multitasking abilities, with a sense of urgency and a systematic approach to problemsolving and decisionmaking.
  • Effective communication skills to interact with senior management and individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrates a strong work ethic characterized by honesty, reliability, dedication, and pride in one's work.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel is required.
  • Maintains sober habits, possesses high energy levels, and enjoys good health.

Education:


  • Diploma (preferred)

Experience:


  • Sales: 4 years (preferred)
