Introduction
Our Client, based in the Bluff KZN, is looking for a Deli Manager to join their team

Duties & Responsibilities
Experienced in Home Replacement Meals. Managing department inventory, in-stock position, pricing integrity, merchandising, and other operational processes of the Deli Department to company standards.

Follow the Company sales and production planning standards and ensure that the deli department achieves the standards of performance outlined.

Ensure all new department associates receive proper training and supervision. Kitchen safety techniques and health standards. Set daily and weekly cleaning schedules for the kitchen, hire, train and discipline employees and set work schedules.
Keep tabs on food cost, waste and employee hours, doing their best to optimize profit.

Desired Experience & Qualification
Matric At least 4 years experience in a similar role.
Happy to work retail hours.
Own transport. POS system knowledge.
