Introduction
Our client, based in Durban North, is looking for a Lectra Pattern Maker, who is available immediately, to join their team

Duties & Responsibilities
Create new blocks on Lectra - Modaris.

Create patterns from blocks.

Print for sampling.

Assist with sample and adjust pattern if required.

Assist with Size Speciication Sheets and grading rule for digitising.

Digitise all new cardboard patterns - handed by pattern maker.

Grade all new digitised patterns to specification.

Run markers for the production team - 4 x Coordinators.

Prepare laysheets.

Roll markers and attach lay sheets - ready to go to factory.

Update electronic pattern book.

Assist pattern maker, factory manager on any production related issues that may arise due to marking.

Basic pattern adjustments - Modaris.

General administration work.

Desired Experience & Qualification
Matric.

Have a valid drivers license and own vehicle.

Relevant tertiary qualifications.

3-5 years experience in a similar role.

Experience within the manufacturing and/or têxtile industries.

Experience working on the following:
Lectra, Diamino, Modaris, Sync.
