Description
Our company within the Temporary Employment Service industry is looking for a passionate and reliable Site Supervisor.The successful incumbent's duties would include but would not be limited to the below:
- Workforce Management
- Service Delivery
- Consistent discipline of workforce and Administration thereof
- Assist in training of new employees
- Manage of workforce attendance
- Meet the staff requirements
- Manage the workforce to the client's satisfaction and expectation
- Leave administration of workforce
- Report to management daily before the end of the shift
- Management of all driver's licences and PRDP's
- Staff Data Management
- Process Maintenance
Desired Experience and Qualifications:
- Minimum of at least 3 years experience in a similar role with the core focus of managing of at least 20 employees
- Grade 12 or any qualification equivalent thereto
- Relevant computer software and skills (Windows, Excel, Word and Outlook)
- Relevant Road Traffic legislation
- Labour Legislation
- Main Agreement of the National Bargaining Council
- Health and Safety Legislation and Procedures
- Basic understanding of technical operations of vehicles and equipment used
