Description

Our client is a well-esteemed Landlord and Developer, who has a diverse portfolio across Commercial, Retail, Residential and Industrial space.

They are looking for a silver-tongued, self-determined

Property Manager:
Dealmaker who is going to be responsible for managing the relationship with commercial tenants.

You will be responsible for ensuring vacancies stay low and tenants are retained.

Your day to day will include but is not limited to reporting on financial and operational performance, preparing budgets and forecasts and concluding lease renewals.

Furthermore, you will be tasked with keeping your finger on the pulse and keeping abreast of market activity and trends, inspecting your sites and ensuring your tenants are taken care of.

The successful incumbent will hold an Estate Agencies Affairs Board Competency Certificate (NQF Level 4), with 3 years' experience in a commercial leasing and property management environment.

Being hands-on, you will require a vehicle and valid license to travel between your portfolio and do regular site visits and inspections.
