- Bachelor's Degree in Business or 2+ years of relevant work experience
- Extensive knowledge of Zoho CRM architecture and CRM topics, data, and automation/workflow
- 2+ years of work experience with Zoho, with examples of previous work done in Zoho from an architectural point of view
- Remote position with flexible hours, requiring ability to work during load shedding
- Challenge and improve existing Zoho CRM concept and setup
- Design and set up automations and workflows for sales activities, including email workflows and sequences, meeting booking, lead scoring, and deal management
- Develop connections/data transfer to Asana
- Maintain connections with Zoho Campaigns and Zoho Books and its logic
