Supporting daily tasks, managing schedules, coordinating communication, organizing travel arrangements, and providing administrative assistance with confidentiality and efficiency.Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize daily schedules, appointments, and meetings for the director.
- Assist in personal tasks such as making travel arrangements, running errands, and managing household matters.
- Conduct research on various topics and provide summaries or reports as needed.
- Coordinate and liaise with other staff members, clients, and external contacts.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all matters related to the employers personal and professional life.
- Prepare documents, presentations, and other materials as required.
- Anticipate needs and proactively provide support to ensure the smooth functioning of daily activities.
- Arrange travel and book flights.
- Act as a gatekeeper, prioritizing and filtering requests and information for the employer.
